Camel Race

There was a horse race and a camel race held just outside of Atar a few weeks ago. We did not go to the horse race but we did go to the camel race. It was pretty cool. Even though I see camels from time to time, I still think they’re really cool. =) In addition, it was nice to participate in a Mauritanian activity since there aren’t many (that we hear of anyways).
